Placing & Tracking Your Order

How do I place an order on your website?
  • Find the product you love, select your size, and click "Add to Cart."
  • Head to checkout and fill in your phone number and address.
  • On the payment page, you'll see a summary of your order, including the product, size, and total cost.
  • Choose your preferred payment method and proceed.
  • Once your payment is processed & your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
How can I track my order after placing it?
  • After your order is dispatched, we suggest you to login to your account and check the order status. You may also  Contact us for the same.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?

Yes, please Contact us to modify or cancel your order and we’ll assist you accordingly.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
  • At The Plus Size Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, we pledge to make it right.
  • Simply Contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue and we'll do the needful for you.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? 
  • For your convenience, we accept all payment methods in domestic orders: UPI, Debit/Credit card, Net Banking, EMI, Wallet, Pay Later and Cash on Delivery.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
  • Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders and for international customers pre-paid orders are accepted.
Do you offer EMI or pay-later options?
  •  Both EMI & Pay Later options are available at checkout. You may select any payment method of your choice.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
  • It usually takes 7-8 working days to dispatch an order and shipping time for Domestic orders is 5-9 days whereas for International orders is 7-15 days.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

We usually try to deliver the order as soon as possible. However, if you want to expedite the delivery kindly Contact us and we’ll do the needful.

Do you provide international shipping?
  • Yes, we ship worldwide. For international shipping charges, please visit here.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
  • We suggest you to carefully enter your shipping address while placing the order. However, if you need to modify it you may Contact us for the same.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
  • While we prioritize the prompt delivery for all our customers, occasional delays may arise. In such instances, we engage with our courier partner to facilitate expedited delivery. Hence, in such cases you may Contact us to inquire about the status of the order.
